Masaa.

MASAA is an African Swahili slug word that means times. I got the title a dew years back in high school for my swift abilities to get away from bullies. My real name is Gicheha (means reaper) and I am a Kenyan.

I am new to HubPages having joined last Friday (July 2010) but I hope as I get used to the system so will my writing skills improve.

Currently am teaching a local private high school and loving it. It is not that financially rewarding as with most jobs in Africa but we are changing things here and am quite sure ten years from now we will have done wonders.

Being quite a God (Jesus Christ) fearing man, my writings are biased toward the Bible and I mostly view the world around me through the lens of the word of God.

Other interests include History, Theology, Information Technology, Travel, Space, Prophecy and GETTING RICH OR ATLEAST DIE TRYING.

In the near future I will be setting up a gemstone business that aims to export gemstones to Europe. Having a great source of: Red Garnets, Tourmalines, Sapphire, Rhoderite, Rubies, Green Garnet (tsavorite) and many more. If you know of a buyer (who is offering a good price) of uncut natural gemstones from Africa let me know.
